Terms of Service

1. Services Provided

DeckPro provides custom web software development services including customer-facing platforms, internal business tools, SaaS product development, business process automation, and system integrations. All work is scoped, discussed, and agreed upon before any engagement begins.

2. Project Agreements

Each project is governed by a separate project proposal or statement of work that outlines scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms. These Terms of Service apply generally to use of this website and our services. In the event of conflict between a project agreement and these terms, the project agreement takes precedence.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed on a per-project basis and detailed in the project proposal. Typically:

  • A deposit is required before work begins
  • Remaining payments are tied to agreed project milestones
  • Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced on the relevant milestone, unless otherwise agreed in writing

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment for a project, the client receives full ownership of the delivered software, source code, and associated materials. DeckPro retains the right to reference completed work in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place.

5. Confidentiality

DeckPro treats all client project details, business information, and technical specifications as confidential. We do not share client project information with third parties without explicit consent. Clients may request a formal NDA before project commencement.

6. Revisions and Scope Changes

Each project proposal defines a scope of work. Changes to scope requested after the project has begun may require a revised proposal and additional fees. DeckPro will communicate any scope implications clearly before proceeding with changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

DeckPro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered software. DeckPro's total liability in connection with any project shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that specific project.

8. Website Use

The content on deckpro.space is provided for general information purposes. DeckPro makes no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of website content and reserves the right to update or remove content at any time.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka, unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing.
